   A portfolio will speak right and true about the work that the photographers are able to perform. It is the master collection or the best curated version of a specific genre, and they usually develop in a consistent way after some years of hard work.
2.  Hire someone you trust
   Listen to yourselves when deciding this. Not all photographers have the same experience or passion for doing events, and this is important to notice before hiring a photographer. Get a photographer to understand the things that you want. We usually like to ask our clients about specific angles or looks that they would like to have in terms of online and offline communication as well as marketing purposes. The talent of a photographer is not based on how good it is with gear or setting up the perfect lighting conditions. The true talent resides in the ability of understanding the vision of a client and fitting within the visual line that they expect.

Every event or occasion is different, e.g. number of people, location, purpose of event, purpose of photoshoot, itinerary of event, guests-of-honour, etc.

Our Bespoke photographers will let their creative juices run on overdrive to capture as many precious moments and angles they can. It all really depends on the aim of the shoot, the activities going on, people around, the place you are at and many more factors. But a general guideline is about 50 photos for a one-hour shoot. However, do also note that we go for quality, not just quantity, and we only want the best and will only deliver the best.

For a two-hour shoot, you will get more photos, say 80 to 100 photos, We will only pick out the bests ones to give them to you. Every event is different, the number of photos depends on the event flow and moments. That being said, we will not hold back to give you more photos.

So, we are practical all set don't we? Leave it all to us and dedicate to enjoy the event, we'll do the rest. Planning events is extremely stressful, and not all companies have the large pockets for hiring event planners. Alright, you won't lose all the stress by handing us the photographs, but we can help you out into being more relaxed.

We love blending in and working in a stealthy mode, and after some minutes you won't remember that we are foreigners to your field. In order to make it more natural we usually ask for a guest list with little thumbs depicting a profile or photo ID. We know that not all companies are able to handle this, but it has been an extremely wise practice, otherwise it is harder for us to spot the people that should get the portraits or group shots done. Hard but not impossible, but we'll be calling on you a little bit more than if we could be able to spot everybody by our own.
