Every event or occasion is different, e.g. number of people, location, purpose of event, purpose of photoshoot, itinerary of event, guests-of-honour, etc.

We will be happy to chat with you regarding your event so that we can recommend the most appropriate duration for a Bespoke photographer on site, be it one or 10 hours.

Yes we do! As event videography has a lot more variables, we will have to speak with you regarding your wants and needs to get to know what is perfect for your event and arrange accordingly.

Our Bespoke photographers will let their creative juices run on overdrive to capture as many precious moments and angles they can. It all really depends on the aim of the shoot, the activities going on, people around, the place you are at and many more factors. But a general guideline is about 50 photos for a one-hour shoot. However, do also note that we go for quality, not just quantity, and we only want the best and will only deliver the best.

For a two-hour shoot, you will get more photos, say 80 to 100 photos, We will only pick out the bests ones to give them to you. Every event is different, the number of photos depends on the event flow and moments. That being said, we will not hold back to give you more photos.

Given our experience in event photography, we have also learnt that lighting is paramount to capturing beautiful images.

To gather a list of the best spots for the shots with the best lighting conditions and composition, we spend a lot of time studying the location where your event is held, especially the lighting conditions, tiptoeing high and bending down low, splaying on the floor and twisting our bodies like gymnastics. . . we are kidding.

Essentially, we just want to get that Bespoke shot for you.

Equally important to us Bespoke photographers is that we never ruin your event by uneventfully stealing the limelight by taking photographs with a blinding flash – ouch, those eyes! And oops, that was totally amateur and awkward and mood-ruining – or being at the centre of attention. It is protocol to blend in, operating like a fly on the wall as we dart around noiselessly and unobtrusively to capture picture-perfect moments for you.
